Service Availability: Users can place orders for items offered on the website for delivery to an address within Spain or a European destination.

Product Availability.
Orders are subject to product availability. If difficulties arise in the supply of products or if items are out of stock, ARTES TRECE will inform the customer and refund any amount paid for the unavailable product or replace it with another of equal value, as decided by the customer.
Product Prices.
In the prices of the items, current taxes are included. Shipping costs are not included; they will be calculated in the shopping cart before making the payment and added to the total amount. ARTES TRECE reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of placing the order (subject to product availability).
The purchase order will indicate both the total price of the product/products, including taxes, and the corresponding shipping costs, as indicated in the following sections.
The applicable VAT rate will be the legally current rate at any given time, depending on the specific article in question, in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the current regulations in each of these territories.

Placing an Order
To place an order, you must select the desired item or items. Once you have selected all the items you want, they will be added to your shopping cart. The next step is to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps requested on the website and follow the purchasing instructions displayed on the screen. Only the necessary data for the purchase and subsequent delivery of the order will be requested. Before finalizing the purchase, you must EXPRESSLY ACCEPT the present conditions as well as the privacy policy.
The data recorded by the website constitutes evidence of the transactions carried out. The customer will receive order confirmation via email.
During the process, before making the payment, you will be able to modify the details of your order. The order is not formalized until the process is completed, which will occur when the payment is made. Clicking on 'Pay' implies that you are acquiring and paying for the selected items; this step constitutes a binding commitment.
There are no purchasing limits. The user can place an order for as many items as they want, with no established minimum or maximum, except when there is no stock.
Cancellation of an Order
ARTES TRECE reserves the right to reject an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
Likewise, ARTES TRECE has the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as:
- Due to an error in the billing data (whether incorrect or impossible to verify).
- If there is suspicion of fraud with the bank card.
- If it is not possible to send it to the specified address.
- If there are reasons to suspect that the user is not a final consumer.
- If the user is under 18 years old.
- If the full payment has not been made.
Payment method
You can use as payment method cards, Bizum or PayPal.
Depending on the chosen payment method, charges can be processed instantly or may take some time.
Only payment in EUROS is allowed.
Through payment by card, and in the event that an incident occurs during the process (for example, if the terminal reports the card being declined), the order will be automatically canceled. The payment system using a bank card is carried out through the MONEI payment gateway.
By clicking 'Pay,' the user is confirming the payment of the order and that the payment method belongs to them. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, payment data will be encrypted. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by their issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorize the payment, the order will be automatically canceled, with the system informing the customer about this cancellation.
ARTES TRECE also offers you the option to make the payment through Bizum or PayPal.
The order will be shipped to the address you provide once the full amount of the order is confirmed. If the amount is not for the total, ARTES TRECE reserves the right not to ship the order until it is fully paid by the customer.
Delivery.
Products will be shipped to the user's specified address.
Order processing time is 1 to 5 business days from the date of payment.
Delivery times vary by destination country.
- Spain and Portugal. Two business days.
- France. Two to three business days.
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, and Luxembourg. Three to four business days.
- Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic. From four to five business days.
- Poland, Sweden, and Hungary. Four to six business days.
- Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. From five to six business days.
The deadlines specified will be honored as long as there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond my control. If for any reason I am unable to meet the delivery date, I will inform you of this situation and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the 'delivery' has occurred or that the order has been 'delivered' at the moment when you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signing of the order receipt at the agreed delivery address.
Imposibilidad de entrega.
If it were impossible to deliver the order to the specified address, ARTES TRECE will attempt to deliver it to a third party indicated by the customer or try again for delivery on a later date. To do this, we ask that if you will not be at the address, please contact ARTES TRECE to arrange delivery for another day. If within 15 days, counting from when your order is available for delivery, the order cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to ARTES TRECE, we will understand that you wish to cancel the contract, and we will consider it resolved.
As a consequence of the contract resolution, we will refund all payments received from the user, including delivery expenses if paid by the customer, without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date we consider the contract resolved. Please note that transportation resulting from the resolution may incur additional costs, so ARTES TRECE is authorized to pass on the corresponding expenses to you.
Cancellation of an order.
The user has the right to cancel an order without providing any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, or in the case of products that are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last of those products.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the user must send the delivered products to the specified address, assuming the return costs. Please note that if you choose to return the items at your own expense, we are authorized to charge you for any expenses we may incur.
The right to withdraw from the contract will only apply to those products that are returned in the same condition as the customer received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond mere opening, if the products are not in the same condition as they were delivered, or if they have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging with all labels. We kindly ask you not to remove the labels until you are sure you want to keep each item.
After examining the article, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will proceed with the full refund of the purchase amount plus shipping costs within 14 days from the date we receive the canceled order.
If the return only includes part of the order, and the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will only refund the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
Return of defective products.
If you return the products to us because they are defective or the descriptions do not correspond to them, we will proceed to refund the total price of the products, along with the associated shipping and return costs.
Return of customized or made-to-order products.
Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order products.
Responsibilities
